For example, for development and zoning changes, demolition permits or utility connections. We also take care of environmental permits according to local law, for instance for constructing new retail locations, dormers, structural extensions, garages, offices, new-build homes on private property, hotels and restaurants. Any construction that needs a permit can be expertly handled by us.
We’ll mediate between local government, fire departments, contractors, installers, constructors or external architects, and keep an eye on legal regulations while doing so. Thanks to our extensive experience, we’re able to take a practical approach, finding a solution for any problem.
