We will never charge you unexpectedly, because we work solely on a quotation basis. That includes an open budget. Thanks to that, you’ll always know what to expect from us. Before we get started, we’ll extensively discuss all activities. We also like to make clear agreements in the preliminary phase. We don’t do extra work for extra cost: all costs are determined beforehand, and we’ll communicate clearly about our progress throughout the project.
Step 1
You provide us with all project information, including your wishes and demands. Based on that, we’ll get started on a project analysis and a schedule. All of that is done in consultation with you.
Step 2
We’ll take care of all quotations and select suitable external parties for your project. The only thing you need to do, is approve them. That way, you won’t have to waste valuable time taking care of tenders or finding professionals.
Step 3
It’s time to get to work. We’ll keep an eye on the planning and will ensure the quality of the work being done, so you can continue to focus on the everyday functioning of your company or business.
Step 4
After completion, we’ll check all (technical) details and data. We remain involved until everything has been settled as desired. That way, we’ll know for sure that the project fully meets your requirements and wishes. This is also the moment to discuss maintenance and management, which we’re happy to take off your hands.
